5:00 p.m.

We tried to go to Mark’s Splash Park, but it was closed for Stem & Stein as I feared. Up those steps is one of the places where I’d really like to be right now. I’d also really like to be with my friends at our reunion. And I’d also really like to be at the roller derby with one of my friends and her daughter and my daughter (we’d never been and we thought it would be fun to check out!). But I’m also really happy to be home with my kids. Fun night ahead, I think!

More pics!

I couldn’t have been happier to see this one come through. My sister sent a photo of the second Harry Potter book and that tells me she finished the first and is moving forward. I’ve been waiting for this day for at least five years:

The upside to Mark’s Splash Park being closed was running into friends who were also on their way to the splash park (she even brought her camera so she could send me a photo!). So we walked across the bridge and hung out by the river for a little while before heading back. Thanks for the photo!:

What are you doing tonight? Send me your photos and tell me. I’m posting one of mine each hour today. Send me yours, I’ll include them with mine. Email or text or message them. Happy Saturday!
