IF: Resolutions

Ooooh, I’m so happy I finally made time to get in on another Illustration Friday. I knew right away I wanted to work from a photograph I took of my daughter and me – our reflection in a street window – while we traipsed about downtown Waterloo to do this project.
Something about the photo just felt like the word “resolutions” to me, and as I worked, my drawing showed me why. I tried to write something here to explain the zillion ways, but the words I type don’t express it. So you are left with the illustration alone for now. If I find the words, I will tell.
